Fast growing entertainment and film web platform - launched by Hollywood veteran Martin Grove - extends brand through exclusive advertising and marketing deal

(LOS ANGELES, CA) - ZAMM.com, Inc., the video website featuring exclusive 60-second movie previews, and Alloy Media + Marketing, a leading provider of youth-focused innovative media, today announced an agreement for Alloy Media + Marketing to act as ZAMM.com’s exclusive advertising and marketing partner. ZAMM (www.zamm.com) immediately joins Alloy’s #1 ranked distributed media and advertising platform, the Alloy Digital Network.

Launched in August 2008 by a team led by veteran Hollywood columnist and television box office analyst, Martin Grove, ZAMM.com offers consumers a unique look at original film previews and other exclusive video content about new movies. ZAMM features nearly two hundred, 60-second video movie previews in its library for titles that are currently playing, now in DVD release, or opening in theaters from now through summer 2010. ZAMM.com has attracted a robust community of movie fans, drawing more than 1.3 million entertainment minded consumers for the summer box office season. The site draws notable usage by an influential 18-34 male demographic.

Under the terms of the agreement, ZAMM.com extends its reach to Alloy’s network audience of more than 40 million active millennials and will leverage Alloy’s expertise in developing effective digital and video-based programs that connect a wide range of advertisers with youth consumers. ZAMM.com’s original video content will also be featured throughout Alloy’s digital network that includes popular teen focused web platforms: Teen.com “TV” (www.teen.com), www.tween.com, www.alloy.com, among other leading teen web destinations.

“We are delighted to partner with Alloy and to have this opportunity to extend our ZAMM.com brand across its well established youth targeted platforms,” commented website founder Martin Grove. “Alloy’s proven ability to connect advertisers with a trend-setting and lucrative youth audience is very attractive. We look forward to building effective marketing opportunities within the ZAMM community.”

Alloy’s dedicated, youth-focused sales and production team will be responsible for all advertising initiatives for the ZAMM website. Alloy’s established Alloy Digital Network has enabled a growing list of advertisers, including market leaders such as Sears Holdings, Paramount Pictures, MGM, LG Mobile Phones, Pentel and others to successfully connect with young consumers. The Network has held the #1 ranking in comScore’s “Teens-Community” category for seven consecutive months.

“ZAMM.com offers unique and appealing movie information that fits well with the type of content Alloy’s entertainment hungry audience demands. We’re thrilled to now feature ZAMM’s dynamic and high quality movie previews on Teen.com TV and throughout Alloy’s network of sites,” stated Sean Horvath, EVP Sales and Entertainment for Alloy Media + Marketing. “We look forward to the broad opportunities this partnership affords our clients in connecting with a large audience of highly engaged viewers.”

ZAMM.com advertising opportunities now available through Alloy’s video network and on Teen.com “TV” include banner and video display ads, branded video content, home page takeovers, as well as video based e-mail marketing campaigns that reach millions of ZAMM subscribers.
