MANAGER DAVE FLEMING OPENS ATLAS ARTISTS

A SUBSIDIARY OF CHARLES ROVEN’S ATLAS ENTERTAINMENT

LOS ANGELES, CA, DECEMBER 8, 2014 – Manager Dave Fleming launches ATLAS ARTISTS, a subsidiary of Charles Roven’s Atlas Entertainment. A principle of Atlas Artists, Fleming's clients include: Olivia Munn, Kristin Davis, Jaimie Alexander (Thor)?, Kim Raver, Kathryn Morris, Jaime Pressly, Holt McCallany, Natalie Martinez, Dawn Olivieri (House of Lies), Tessa Thompson (Dear White People/Selma), Blake Jenner (star of new Linklater film, That's What I'm Talking About), Alison Sudol (Transparent/and USA's DIG), Aimee Garcia (Dexter/Robocop), Sarah Wynter (NBC's Odyssey), Amanda Righetti (The Mentalist), Jessica Szohr (USA's Complications), Alexandra Breckenridge (The Walking Dead), G Hannelius (Disney's Dog with a Blog).

"I'm excited to partner with my long time friend and mentor Chuck Roven, one of the great producers in the history of film and a true visionary," said Fleming. "The goal will be to help build new and different platforms across all media for our clients and the Atlas brand. I can't think of a better time in the business to build this exciting new company with the Atlas team."

"I have watched Dave develop a great business as a manager," added Roven. "I'm excited for Atlas to be a part of expanding his entrepreneurial vision."

Fleming started his career at The Gersh agency, and later moved into talent management and producing at The Gold/Miller Company, where Fleming had been among the senior managers for 15 years. Fleming recently Executive produced two independent films: "Billy Boy," starring Blake Jenner and Melissa Benoist, and "To Whom it May Concern," starring Dawn Olivieri and Wilmer Valderrama.

Roven and Fleming have known each other for over fifteen years through their work together at Mosaic Media Group (MMG), which merged Atlas Entertainment entities with the talent management group The Gold/Miller Company. The merger came from the common desire of the principals to be part of a true multimedia company with the ability to package projects and fully exploit opportunities for their clients through a multi-platformed approach. After tremendous success and accomplishing the goals they set almost a decade before, the remaining partners of MMG took back their individual organizations and disbanded MMG in 2009.  Nevertheless, the multi-platform approach remains fundamental to Atlas Entertainment.

Atlas Artists will operate out of 9220 Sunset, part of the 9200 Sunset complex where Atlas Entertainment resides.
